• A flat rate of USD 19 applies to orders below this amount.

Processing time

Once we receive your order, our logistics team prepares and inspects each item before dispatch.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on warehouse workflow and carrier availability.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, followed by a tracking number when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. For returns made for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions.
3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to the policy below.

3. Return Instructions

To ensure a smooth refund process, please make sure the returned item meets the following conditions:

• Original packaging is intact (including dust bag, gift box, and tags)
• All product tags and labels are attached and undetached
• No signs of use (no scratches, stains, or modifications)

Note: Returns that affect resale conditions cannot be accepted for refund.
