Refund policy
At ACACIA Paris, every piece is crafted with care and attention. We hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you need to return an item, we’re here to help. Please review the policy below.
1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

unworn or unused

original packaging intact (dust bag, gift box, tags, and labels)

no scratches, stains, or signs of use

receipt or proof of purchase included
Please note: items that do not meet these conditions or show signs of use cannot be accepted, as they affect resale quality.
Sale items, gift cards, special-offer gifts, and custom products are non-returnable.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
marketing@acacia-bags.com
with your order number, photos, or a short explanation of the issue.
We will share the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
You can always contact us anytime if you have any questions about returns.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your parcel when it arrives.
If the package itself is visibly damaged, we kindly ask you to refuse the delivery so the carrier can return it to us. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to return the original product first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
6. Return Shipping Costs
For returns made for personal reasons (change of mind, preference, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is found to be defective after inspection, we will reimburse both the product value and the return shipping fee.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us so we can help.
