Shipping Policy

International shipping rates

We offer international delivery to most regions worldwide, including Southeast Asia, Europe, the United States, Canada, and Brazil.

  • Free standard shipping on all orders above USD 100.
  • flat rate of USD 19 applies to orders below this amount.

All orders are shipped under the name ACACIA, with reliable tracking.

Processing Time

Once we receive your order, our logistics team prepares and inspects each item before dispatch.
Processing typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on warehouse workflow and carrier availability.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed, followed by a tracking number when the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Tracking your order

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has left the warehouse.
Please allow up to 12 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

Delayed or lost packages

In the event of a delay, ACACIA Paris will do its best to expedite your delivery.
However, we cannot assume responsibility for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please first contact the shipping carrier directly, as they can often resolve delivery issues more quickly.

Return policy

How to Request a Return

All returns must be requested online before sending any item back.
